The "Agency" refers to Nanny Avenue. The "Applicant" refers to a nanny who engages the Agency to seek a position with a family. The "Client" refers to a family, employer, whom engage the Agency to seek a nanny for an agreed fee.

  1. These terms and conditions are deemed accepted upon completion of the registration form. All information provided to the Agency by the Applicant is true and correct.
  2. These terms and conditions apply to and govern all contracts or agreements made between the Applicant and the Agency.
  3. The Applicant must notify the Agency immediately when an engagement between the Applicant and a Client is made, whether this engagement is verbal, written or in person. The Applicant must inform the Agency of interviews arranged between themselves and Clients.
  4. Upon acceptance of a position with a Client employer I agree to abide by all reasonable rules and duties laid down by the Client employer. I will act responsibly, honest and fair whilst under the employment of the Client and endeavor to perform as best I can in my role with the family.
  5. I acknowledge that all information passed between the Agency and the Applicant regarding potential Clients and other Applicants is strictly confidential and I shall not pass this information onto any third parties without the consent of the Agency.
  6. I give permission for the Agency to advertise my personal details whilst seeking a suitable position for me.
  7. I shall inform Nanny Avenue immediately of any changes in my employment with the Client and I agree to give a minimum 2 week notice to both the Client and the Agency should I wish to terminate my employment with the Client. Failure to do so will incur an 80 pound fee made payable by the Applicant to the Agency within 7 days.
  8. If I am unable to take up an arranged engagement of employment with the Client I will notify both the Client and the Agency at least 2 weeks prior to the position commencement date. Failure to do so will incur an 80 pound fee made payable by the Applicant to the Agency within 7 days.
  9. Whilst every endeavor is made to ensure the suitability of any Client introduced to the Applicant, it is the sole responsibility of the Applicant to determine the suitability of the Client. Nanny Avenue does not act as the employer of the Applicant and accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, costs, claims or expenses, whether or not caused by negligence, made against or suffered by the Applicant arising from such an introduction.
