Charges
Our charges for placing nannies are as follows:

For temporary placements, our fee is as follows:

NB: For temporary part-time placement of professional staff we charge £20 per day.
Refund Policy
For professional placements:
- If the employee fails to commence employment a 100% refund will be given.
- Where the permanent engagement is terminated by the employee after commencement, the agency will at its discretion, either give a free replacement or offer a refund as follows:
No of weeks after start of placement Refund given 1-2 weeks 100%* 3-4 weeks 75% 5-8 weeks 50% 9-12 weeks 25% * less £150 admin fee - Refunds/replacements can only be made to clients who have adhered to our terms of payment and all fees are paid prior to commencement of the placement, and where the Agency has received written notification within 48 hours stating that the employment has been terminated.
